Yes. All prices on Afrikartt.com are listed in U.S. dollars (USD).

Applicable sales tax will be calculated and shown at checkout, based on your shipping address.

You can cancel or request changes while your order is still being prepared for shipping. After that, orders may
already be in processing and cannot be canceled.

Afrikart currently ships across the United States. International shipping options will be available
soon.

Most orders are processed within 2–3 business days and delivered within 5–10 business days,
depending on your location and product availability.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your
delivery in real time.

Please email info@afrikartt.com within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the
damaged item and packaging. We’ll resolve it quickly through a replacement or refund. See our
Returns Policy for more details.

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible
items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Perishable goods (such as food or wellness consumables), personal care items, and
custom-made or final-sale products are not eligible.

To initiate a return, contact us at info@afrikartt.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include
your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide instructions and a return shipping
label if applicable.

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Afrikart will cover the shipping cost.
For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7
business days to your original payment method.
